Our designs can absorb from 10ml to 150ml, depending on the model. From light daily protection to heavy overnight coverage, we have options tailored to different needs.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we specialize in OEM and ODM services for B2B clients. We can customize design, pattern, logo, packaging, and absorbent levels to match your brand’s needs.
Can I customize fabric, color, or absorbency level?
Absolutely. You can select preferred fabrics, colors, and absorbency levels. We also support special requests like printed logos, embroidery, or lace decoration for brand differentiation.
What's your MOQ and can I mix designs?
Our MOQ is 1000 pcs per style and color for custom-made orders, and 10 pcs for ready-made items. You can mix designs and sizes within the same order for flexibility.

How can I get a sample, and what's the sample charge?
We offer sample orders for product evaluation. Sample fees are refundable after bulk order confirmation. Custom samples are usually ready within 7–10 days.
What's your standard production lead time?
Production time is typically 25–35 days after sample approval and deposit. Lead time may vary depending on order quantity and customization details.
How do you ensure product quality?
We have a strict QC system at every stage — from fabric inspection to final packaging. Each product undergoes full leakage testing and appearance checks before shipment.
Do you accept third-party inspections?
Yes. We welcome third-party inspection agencies or buyer representatives to perform quality checks at any stage of production.
Can you help design or develop new styles?
Yes. Our in-house design and pattern-making team can create new styles from sketches, ideas, or samples. We support brand collections and private label development.
Orders, Payment & Delivery
What are your payment terms?
We usually accept 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipment via T/T. Other payment methods like PayPal or Alibaba Trade Assurance are also supported for flexibility.
How can I get a quotation?
You can send us your product requirements, quantity, and customization details. Our sales team will prepare a detailed quotation within 24 hours.
What’s the lead time for bulk orders?
Standard lead time is 25–35 days, depending on order size and customization. For urgent orders, we can provide priority production service upon request.
Which shipping methods do you use?
We offer flexible shipping options including air freight, sea shipment, and express courier (DHL, FedEx, UPS). We’ll help you choose the most cost-effective method for your region.
How are products packed and shipped?
