Not everyone needs max absorption. The LY525 is built for moderate flow days—think 20-30ml, or about 3-4 regular pads. It’s enough for daily wear, light-to-medium days, or as backup with a cup or tampon. We kept the layer thin so it feels like regular underwear, but tested it to make sure it actually holds up. For buyers, this is a versatile middle-ground option that fits a wide range of customers without over-engineering or over-pricing.

How much fluid can the LY525 hold? Is it enough for my flow?
The LY525 is designed for moderate flow days and holds 20-30ml of fluid, which is roughly equivalent to 3-4 regular pads. It’s perfect for daily wear, light-to-medium days, or as backup protection with a tampon or cup. If you have heavier flow, we recommend our LY3032 style which holds 30-40ml.
How does the extended absorption zone prevent side leaks?
The LY521 features side anti-leakage waterproof strips along the leg openings, creating a protective barrier that prevents liquid from escaping—even during movement, sleep, or exercise. Combined with the double layer front panel, this 360° protection system ensures you stay dry and confident all day long, no matter your activity level.
How do I wash and care for my LY525 to make it last?
To get the most out of your LY525: rinse in cold water right after wearing, then toss them in the machine on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Two important things: skip the fabric softener (it clogs the absorbent layer), and hang them to dry—no dryer. With proper care, they’ll easily last 2 years or more. We’ve had customers tell us theirs are still going strong after 3 years.
What are your MOQs for custom orders? Can I start with a small test order?
We work with brands of all sizes. For fully customized orders (your logo, custom packaging, hang tags, etc.), our MOQ is 1000 pieces per style per color. But if you’re just starting out or want to test the market first, we have in-stock items with no MOQ—you can order as few as 10-20 pieces for sampling or small-batch testing. We’re happy to grow with you.
What certifications do your fabrics have? Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Yes, absolutely. All LY525 period underwear is made in our OEKO-TEX® certified facility. Our fabrics are PFAS-free and tested for harmful substances, so they’re safe even for sensitive skin. The inside layer is 95% cotton, breathable and gentle. We’re also SEDEX (SMETA) certified, which means our supply chain meets ethical standards for labor, safety, and environment. We can provide all the documentation you need for your market compliance.
