Absorption Zone – 1/2 Coverage, Strategically Placed
Here’s the deal with 1/2 coverage: it’s not less protection—it’s smarter protection. The absorbent layer is strategically placed where you actually need it, without extending into areas that don’t need it. That means less bulk, better breathability, and a more natural feel. For moderate flow period panties, this is the sweet spot between protection and comfort. You stay dry, you stay comfortable, and you forget you’re wearing anything different.

Absorption Capacity – Moderate Flow, Realistically Rated
LY1595 is built for moderate flow days—holds 20-30ml, about 3-4 regular pads. It’s enough for regular days, as backup with a cup, or for lighter flow days. Here’s the honest truth: not every customer needs max absorption. This is your core everyday option that fits most people’s needs without extra cost for absorbency they won’t use. For brands, that means happier customers and better margins.
Fabric – Bamboo with French Lace, OEKO-TEX Certified
The main fabric is bamboo—naturally antibacterial, so odor doesn’t build up. It’s breathable (so you don’t overheat), soft against skin, and holds up wash after wash. The waistband features genuine French lace that’s actually soft—not scratchy like cheap lace. Whole thing’s OEKO-TEX certified and PFAS-free. For buyers, that means clean materials, easy market compliance, and lace menstrual panties that customers actually want to wear.

Won't the lace get ruined in the wash?
Nope—but only if you do it right. This is French lace, not cheap trim. It’s reinforced along the edges so it doesn’t curl or fray. Wash cold, hang dry, and it’ll look good for years. No fabric softener (bad for absorbency anyway), no dryer. Simple.
What's the point of 1/2 coverage? Why not just go full?
Great question. Full coverage is like a heavy-duty pad—great when you need it, overkill when you don’t. 1/2 leak proof coverage is for moderate flow days when you want protection without the bulk. It’s thinner, lighter, and breathes better. Think of it as your everyday option. Different tools for different days.
I'm a brand owner. Can I get these made with my own tags and packaging?
That’s exactly what we do. We’re a period underwear factory, not a brand. You tell us what you need—your labels, your packaging, your size range—and we handle production. MOQ for full custom is 500 pieces per style per color. But we also have stock styles with no minimum if you want to test a few first. We work with everyone from solo shop owners to major retailers.
What's your defect rate? Be honest.
Fair question. We run about 98.5% first-pass quality on standard runs. If something does slip through, we replace it—no questions, no hassle. We’ve been doing this 34 years; we didn’t survive by shipping garbage. We’re SEDEX certified, OEKO-TEX certified, and we stand behind what we make. If you’re looking for an OEM period underwear partner who actually cares about quality, that’s us.
