What's the difference between light flow and regular period underwear?
It’s about how much coverage you get. Light flow period underwear has a smaller absorbent zone—enough for spotting and light days, but not as much as our moderate or heavy styles. Think of it like the difference between a panty liner and a regular pad. Both have their place.
How do I wash these without ruining them?
Cold rinse first (hot water sets stains), then machine wash cold with similar colors. Two big don’ts: no fabric softener (it coats the absorbent layer and kills performance), and no dryer (heat damages the waterproof layer). Hang dry only. Follow that and they’ll last years.
