Will the waterproof layer make noise or feel crinkly?
Nope. It’s a soft, flexible layer built into the bottom. You won’t hear it. You won’t feel it. You’ll just notice you’re not leaking anymore.
Can I throw these in the washing machine with the rest of my laundry?
Yeah. Cold water, gentle cycle. Hang dry. Don’t use fabric softener – it messes with the absorbency. Do that, and they’ll last through plenty of washes.
I sell on Amazon. How is this different from the cheap stuff my competitors are pushing?
Most of the cheap stuff uses a sprayed-on coating that fails after a few washes. We sew in an actual waterproof layer. That’s a real difference your customers will feel – and your return rate will thank you.
What's your defect rate and how do you handle quality control?
Under 1.5%. We inspect before cutting, during sewing, and after packing. If something slips through, we replace it. No games. No long arguments.
